As a Georgia native, I always hoped to return to the state and open a photography studio. The creation of Penumbra Studios represents the culmination of that desire.

I was somewhat surprised when I learned that there is a real need for a trained professional photographer, in the Atlanta area, to create black and white fine art images of women during pregnancy, mothers with their babies, children and families. My work is specialized in this area. I also work with color and black and white photography for personal and commercial interests.

As a graduate of the Brook's Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California with a BA in digital imaging and professional photography, I have been trained in every aspect of the art. As an intern with Annie Leibovitz and through work with other well known photographers in California and Utah, I have sharpened my professional skills.
